Collingswood Partners welcomes 200 craft and fine artists from throughout the United States to the Collingswood Crafts and Fine Art Festival to be held on the “Second Saturday,” Saturday, August 9 from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. and Sunday, August 10 from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m., along picturesque Haddon Avenue.

The juried show, presented by 1st Colonial National Bank, features contemporary craft works in wood, ceramics, blown and stained glass, metal, leather and mixed media. Hand-woven clothing and exquisite jewelry, both fine and fashion, will be offered for sale under billowing tents on the Avenue. For the home and garden there will be an array of sculpture, fiber hangings, floor cloths and one-of-a-kind decorative accessories.

Fine artists will display original watercolor, oil, collage and etched works for sale while admirers of fine photography in every style will have difficult choices to make. Savvy lovers of craft and fine art will forget the shore and come instead to Collingswood to celebrate the skill of these talented American artisans.

There will be 175 artists and crafters from throughout the United States along picturesque Haddon Avenue. Works of clay, fiber, blown and stained glass, wood. leather, metal and fine or funky jewelry will join water color paintings and photographs will be offered for sale beneath billowing white tents. Meeting the artists and learning more about their techniques is an added bonus.

Options for dining abound in Collingswood! The restaurant renaissance has made many cuisine offerings available plus alfresco choices will include Italian specialties, gourmet wraps, hoagies and the all-American hot dog. Leave room for desserts like Granny’s Kettle Corn, funnel cakes and handmade water ice.

The festival is on a "Second Saturday" and Collingswood will showcase emerging artists and unique music plus surprises from 6-9 pm on Saturday. The PATCO train ride is 15 minutes to center city Philadelphia and PATCO stations in New Jersey offer free parking on weekends. Forget the Shore and come to the Collingswood Crafts and Fine Art Festival-it's where you want to be!
