Community Garden
Consider joining the Collingswood Community Garden!
Our mission is to develop borough open space into community gardens, creating a place for neighbors to work collaboratively and experience the rewards of gardening. We also aim to cultivate community interest in gardening by participating in community events.
Interesting in gardening? Register for a plot in Collingswood’s Community Garden! Located at the end of East Collings Avenue and nestled between Washington Avenue, Lincoln Avenue, and Maple Terrace, the Community Garden hosts plots for members to cultivate. Collingswood residents can register/renew a plot for $35 ($45 for non-residents). The registration form, which includes the garden’s rules & regulations, is available online (see link at the bottom of the page). For the 2012 season, registration forms should be returned to Borough Hall with payment by March 31, 2012. Please keep in mind, open garden plots are limited and will be assigned on a first come, first served basis.
The first meeting for the 2012 season will be held on March 4, 2012 at the Collingswood Library at 7pm.
