Located in the Borough Hall, Collingswood’s Tax Department prepares the billing and the processing of your payments. Water and Sewer bills are also handled through this department. Please remember to notify us in writing if (1) you wish to change your mailing address or (2) your Bank/Mortgage Loan has been paid off if you have a new loan company.

Due Dates for Payment of Taxes, Water & Sewer:

First Quarter Due February 1st
Second Quarter Due May 1st
Thrid Quarter Due August 1st
Fourth Quarter Due November 1st

You may also bring them into the office for payment during business hours, Monday through Friday, 9 a.m. to 4:3o p.m. If you mail your payments in and wish to have a receipt, please be sure to include a stamped, self-addressed envelope with your payments for us to return your receipt.

The Borough’s Tax Assessor’s office is open Monday thru Friday 12:30 P.M. to 3:30 P.M. We are also pleased to announce that our office is now open on Saturdays, from 11:00 A.M. to 2:00 P.M. (Please use the side door of the Borough Hall on Saturdays).

The Assessors office has a variety of duties including:
• Maintain assessments for all parcels in the Borough.
• Update owners names with deed transactions.
• Review applications for Senior Citizen, Veteran and Disabled
Person reductions.
• Review applications for abatements.
