What a Fourth!!
Record heat, record crowds at Roberts Pool and the Fireworks all made for a Fourth of July bash unlike any others (the Philly Inquirer has a bunch of photos from the pool).
Last night, after the fireworks, our town looked like Times Square. Traffic was jammed along the White Horse Pike, Haddon and Collings Avenues and in most cross streets. It was the by-product of a grand crowd to catch one of our best fireworks displays. Hope you enjoyed.
We need to thank our sponsors, Brown & Connery Law Firm and 1st Colonial National Bank. As I said last night, in these crazy times, these events would not happen without their support. And a thanks to our Administrator (also a volunteer fireman) and our Fire Chief, John Amet, our resident pyrotechnic nuts, who plan and design the fireworks show. They outdid themselves this year.
