In Memoriam Mayor Bud Law
Frank F. "Bud" Law, former Mayor of Collingswood, passed away December 15, 2010 surrounded by his family at the age of 85. He will be fondly remembered for his dedication to the Borough. He enthusiastically gave back to the town he loved.
Bud was a dedicated member of the Collingswood community. He served as a Collingswood Borough Commissioner for 12 years, four of which he served as Mayor. He was also a member of the Collingswood Board of Education for 21 years, 19 of which he was the president and acted as assistant to the Executive Director of the Collingswood Housing Authority. Bud’s kindness and commitment to the Borough as well as his contributions to Collingswood are a part of his legacy in town.
Bud also served his country in the Navy during WWII and was a member of the Tatem Shields American Legion Post.
