Reporting Issues

Got an issue? We can handle that! It is easy for residents to report municipal issues to departments with our residential self-service program. We appreciate residents notifying us when there is a maintenance issue we might not be aware of. 

The system allows residents to report non-emergency issues and track the request through completion. When you report an issue you will receive a notification when the job has been received and confirmation when it is completed.  

Some examples of issues to report:

  • Brush pickup 
  • Clogged storm drains 
  • Hanging tree limbs
  • Leaf pickup 
  • Nuisance 
  • Parks & Playgrounds 
  • Potholes 
  • Property Maintenance Concerns
  • Recycling 
  • Snow Removal 
  • Street Lighting
  • Water Leaks or Water Quality 
  • Damaged Street Sign
