Friday, November 29 - Tree Lighting at 7pm
Santa descends from atop Borough Hall by way of the Collingswood Fire Department’s ladder truck – just in time for the Borough’s official Tree Lighting Ceremony. Choral groups will sing as the town tree is lit up with twinkling lights and season’s greetings are made by Mayor Jim Maley and Commissioners Joan Leonard and Rob Lewandowski.
Live Ice Carving on Nov 29!  If you needed more reason to soak up the season after the tree lighting, there will be a live ice carving demonstration at the Millennium Clock/Zane Schoolhouse at Irvin Ave at 7:30 p.m. After we greet Santa at Borough Hall, turn around and stroll the downtown, visit our merchants and enjoy the show.

Saturday, November 30 - Holiday Parade at 10am
For details on the Holiday Parade, check out the Holiday Parade page! The largest parade in SJ. A decades old tradition. Don't miss First Baptist's annual train show after the Parade, too!

Parade of Lights, Friday, December 6 at 6:30pm
The annual Parade of Lights will take place around Knight Park on Friday, December 6 at 6:30 p.m. The Parade will kick off with fire trucks and floats strung in glittering lights along the perimeter of the park beginning at Grant Avenue and Browning Road. The parade will proceed around Knight Park from Grant Avenue down  Park Avenue. The best viewing areas are along the park side of Park Avenue.
Trucks from fire companies and organizations all over the region compete for top honors and are sure to delight spectators.
Please Note: Knight Park will be closed to parking during the event and vehicle traffic and parking will be prohibited along Browning Road, Park and Collings Avenues for safety.

Saturday, December14 – Second Saturday!
The festive lights will make for an extra special Second Saturday event starting at 5pm! As always, the evening of art and entertainment will host artists, crafters and musicians at studios, galleries, coffee houses and retail shops. Experience art, demonstrations, performances and exhibits at several locations along Haddon Ave.
