Redevelopment Update - 30 Fern Avenue

On the evening of December 6, plans for the redevelopment of the Presbyterian Church at 30 Fern Avenue to be converted into 25 apartments were presented to the surrounding neighborhood at a community meeting held by the developer, Spring Hill Services.

The development will maintain the building’s historic exterior, preserving the facade and most of the original stained-glass windows while transforming the interior into 25 apartment units, consisting of nine one-bedroom apartments and sixteen two-bedroom apartments. The plan also features a fitness room for residents of the building and the addition of proposed courtyards to the exterior.
